Information on car:​

The trans-axel cars where of outmost importance to carry the Porsche factory through the tough years in the 1980´s. Starting with the Porsche 924 in 1976 and finally evolving to the Porsche 968. The 944 S2 is the final iteration of the 944 range ranging from 1982-1991. The S2 has the same body as the Turbo model, which can easily be noted by the one piece front bumper and rear air duct below the rear bumper. Our car is the final year of manufacturing, being a 1991 model, most noticeably identified from the bridge rear spoiler. The car started it´s life in Germany and was imported to Finland in 2002. Being a Guards red car with black partial leather interior, it represents the most noticeable color combo of the 80´s and 90´s. The car has all documents, stamped service history and long term ownerships throughout it´s life. A recent belt change guarantees easy maintenance for the next years.  The interior is in very good condition with the original radio and period equalizer. One of the most popular options is the Targa roof panel, that can be electrically operated or lifted out completely and stored in it´s dedicated case. The car has all original paintwork except for the right front fender that has been repainted last year. The 944 model is a strong car that has been engineered to last, utilizing parts that withstand use and age perfectly. The 3 liter engine utilizes Bosch Motronic injection and 2 balance shafts to provide smooth operating ranges. Our car is registered as a Vintage car in Finland and only needs a technical inspection every 4th year. The original tools, jack stand, spare tyre and medical kit are all with the car.
