Ten years after the 911 made its premiere, Porsche engineers gave the 911 a comprehensive makeover. Known as the “G-model,” the new generation 911 was built from 1973 to 1989 — a longer period than any other.

With this second-generation 911, you can’t go wrong. It brings loads of character and smiles to both the driver and bystanders. These late 911 3.2 Carreras are very reliable and offer great ownership and enjoyable drives.

This Guards Red Porsche 911 Carrera has had only three previous owner changes, in 1988, 2007, and 2024. It was first registered in Germany and then bought to Finland in 2007. This is the last version of the original 911 model range that started its life in 1964 and, over time, evolved into the Carrera featuring the bulletproof 3.2L engine with Bosch Motronic injection and hydraulic chain tensioners. The updated interior was introduced for the 1986 model year, and this car has a partial leather interior with pinstripe cloth inserts.

The car comes with partial history, including all documentation from 2007 onwards. A copy of the original German registration certificate is included in the documentation, as well as a Cardex report. The car underwent a major body restoration in 2009 and received historic car registration in 2017. The car is 100% original and has just received a major service by Porsche specialists 9xx Garage, and is ready to be enjoyed. The next MOT is due by 30.6.2028.
