The 550 Maranello is the first front engine supercar build by Ferrari since the 365 Daytona in the 70´s. We are talking about a true GT (Grand Tourer) that is in it´s essence on the freeway, giving a relaxed drive throughout the speed range. In comparison with the V8 models, the 550 Maranello has superb torque through the rev range thanks to the 5,5L V12 engine. Although the car was designed for open roads, the city driving is not an issue thanks to the torque engine.
Our car is a German market car that has been enthusiast owned through it´s life, with a fully documented service history since new. The color combination black on black is a rare one and with the optional carbon fiber seats and Fiorano handling package, we are talking about a striking car to own and enjoy. All is original right down to the cd-player and as an extra there is a tubi style x-pipe with the car, giving a deeper growl to the engine note. The Maranello benefits from an electronic anti-skid control, which comes handy if the pavement is not up to the power of the car.
